Keep your kids healthy and safe during the summer games
Ready, set, go! For active kids, every day is an Olympic-sized day. Whether your kids are competing in summer sports, playing in the backyard, or bouncing on the bed, avoid injury and follow these healthy tips:

Avoid Concussions - Invest in the right protective equipment
Avoid Overuse injuries - Do at least 15 minutes of warm-ups and take plenty of rest days
Avoid Broken Bones - Emphasize proper technique, form and equipment use
Avoid Dehydration - Drink water every 15 to 20 minutes of physical activity
